    • 15 year old charged as an adult with murder and attempted murder.The murder and attempted murder charges were DISMISSED and the juvenile was sent back to juvenile court and released.
    • Man charged with murder. Murder charge was reduced to involuntary manslaughter and he was released with credit for time served
    • Man charge with 4 counts of attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and gang crimes-jury found client NOT GUILTY of all charges.
    • Man charged with attempted murder of a police officer and gang crimes- police video showed police officer was not truthful about what happened and CASE WAS DISMISSED.
    • Man charged with armed carjacking. Man accused of using a gun to rob a traveling jewelry saleman and then stealing his car. Sean’s client was identified through a 6 pack photo line-up. Sean proved the photographic line-up was suggestive and police did virtually no investigation into the case. Jury found client NOT GUILTY of all charges.
    • Man charged with molesting 2 children- jury found him NOT GUILTY of all charges
    • Man charged with forcible rape- CASE DISMISSED.
    • Man charged with 4 counts of indecent exposure- CASE DISMISSED and MAN WAS FOUND FACTUALLY INNOCENT.
    • Forcible rape-CASE DISMISSED.
    • Man charged with molesting 2 children-jury found Sean’s client NOT GUILTY of all charges
    • Woman found in possession of 5 kilograms of methamphetamine- CASE DISMISSED due to an illegal search by police.
    • Man charged with attempted murder with premeditation and deliberation for running over person twice with his car- case reduced to assault and client was released on probation.
    • Man charged with a 3rd strike case-jury found him NOT GUILTY of all counts
    • Man charged with a 3rd strike case-jury found him NOT GUILTY of all counts
    • Admitted gang member charged with brandishing a gun and having a strike prior- jury found him NOT GUILTY of all counts.
